A NEW PROPERTY!

Hey! How’s the summer heat up there in the Northern Hemisphere?

Here in Lima, we’re in the thick of our cloudy season. And being as pale as I am, I’m genuinely thankful not to get sunburned every time I step outside. I really do love the climate God has placed us in—even if I find myself grumbling about 55-degree nights in the middle of winter.

I’ll be honest: this prayer letter is overdue. I’ve wanted to write for the past six weeks, but the big news I wanted to share kept getting pushed back. But now, finally—I can say it: we signed the lease for a new church property!

This has been an urgent need for the past eight months, and we’ve mentioned it often. Several doors have closed in recent weeks, but God has now opened the right one. We’re incredibly grateful and excited to see how He’ll use this space to grow our church.

We’ve secured a 10,000-square-foot property with a concrete floor and partial construction already in place. Over the next couple of months, we’ll be remodeling and adapting it to fit our ministry. Once finished, we’ll have the space to more than triple our current capacity. If all goes according to plan, we’ll be moving in by early October!

As we’ve shared before, land here in Lima is extremely expensive. We were able to negotiate a purchase option into the lease and push the price down as far as possible. But we need a miracle—$900,000—if this property is going to become a long-term home for our church. We have it secured for the next five years, and we’re praying God provides the rest.

If you’re interested in helping with renovation costs or would like to give toward the future purchase, we’d love to share more details. But more than anything, we ask for your prayers. We want to keep shining the light of Christ in our community—and reach thousands more in the process.

Please also keep praying for our social media outreach. We’re currently running four pages across multiple countries, and each month, more than 1.5 million people are exposed to the message of the Gospel. In July alone, over 1,500 individuals in Perú, Ecuador, and the Caribbean have written to share that they’ve placed their faith in Christ. Please pray that God opens the door into Argentina, Chile, and Venezuela before the end of 2025.

Thank you for all you make possible here in Perú. God is doing a powerful work—not just in our church, but across the Spanish-speaking world—and you’re a vital part of it. He’s using you to reach souls here and beyond.
